Realistically, you’ll want to find a 2007 model year sprinter, and scrap it out for parts keeping everything you can pull off of it, and starting with the engine move to Clifford. They go for an average of $5,000 and the shop where it’s resting has an estimate of $2000 to swap the engine.  So you’d be in $13/14000 for a van life ready sprinter.
